Welcome to the Devonport Surf Life Saving Club

The Devonport Surf Life Saving Club is located at Bluff Beach, a beautiful spot nestled between the Mersey Bluff headland and the mouth of the Mersey River at Devonport on Tasmania's North West coast. "The Bluff" as it is known to locals, has always been an iconic family gathering point for swimming, sunbathing, picnics in the park, and Surf Life Saving.

The Bluff Precinct is a significant part of the Devonport landscape with playgrounds, covered BBQ facilities, walking paths, a public plaza, the Sound Shell and plenty of free parking, it makes for a great gathering point for people of all ages to relax and while the time away.

At the heart of the Bluff Precinct stands the architectually designed complex that houses Drift Cafe, Mrs Jones Lounge Bar and of course the Surf Club. Established in 1927, we have been providing patrols during weekends and public holidays between 01 December and 31 March each year since. We always welcome new membership enquiries.     Join Up / Renew your Membership!
